Slab to Keys in Under a Year!
We couldn’t have asked for a better timeline — from slab to keys in under 12 months!
There is no denying it was a drawn-out process from signing up to receiving the keys at handover; however, the result today is a quality home that is built to spec as agreed. Focusing on the quality of my home, I am satisfied with not one warranty concern after the initial six months
We have been very happy in our new home and continue to delight in what was created and how it all came together.
We met with Shane this morning and he was fantastic, great to catch up with him and see all the amazing progress being made. Shane is great and the build looked awesome.
Me and Grace want to thank you and all the builder and supervisor who looked after us during our building process. I know it took so long, but in the end, everyone is safe and happy. We hope to see and talk again to you in the future

The speed at which the house has gone up, the quality of workmanship throughout the build and most of all the quality of people who have been employed by WA Country builders.
We have just completed our build and are so in love.
We had a few delays along the way, mainly waiting on a carpenter to build the frames. Apart from that is was a good build, taking around 124 weeks from site works to complete.
I recently completed a demolish and develop project with WA Country Builders.

Building’s been a dream of mine for a long time. I’ve had a scrap book going for two years. WA Country Builders plans appealed to us as it fit with our lifestyle.
We’d visited WA Country Builder display homes and other people’s houses before. The quality was always really good which is why we decided to build with them.
WA Country Builders’ turnkey approach was a major draw for me. I was presented with a variety of plans to choose from. They were incredibly supportive and genuinely interested in understanding what I truly needed.
We did have some specific changes we wanted, but having such a solid foundation to begin with saved us a significant amount of time and effort.
We had a specific vision – a smaller home with an eastern entrance that still fit the neighbourhood style.
Sue used her standard plans as a base and ‘cut and pasted’ them to create exactly what we wanted. She kept us updated with quotes throughout the build to make sure we stayed within budget.
It was a really good build and we enjoy having the space to create memories for our family.
I went in with a very clear idea of what I wanted and they guided me. My advice is to find a builder who’s going to work with you and guide you in the right direction.
As soon as we went to the Dunsborough display home – that was it!
We had a budget that we could work with and WA Country Builders managed to [fanangle] it, and we got it through which was awesome.
I was really happy with everything that WA Country Builders helped me with.
They helped me with every step of being a first home owner, explained everything really easily, helped me understand what everything was, from pre-start, colour designs, and to how everything is going to go with building.
