Building our forever home was always going to come with high expectations, and we can genuinely say that WA Country Builders delivered.

Our home was a high-spec build with a lot of detail, so quality and workmanship were incredibly important to us. Jason, our Site Supervisor, had a fantastic eye for detail and took real pride in making sure things were done properly. Even the smallest items were picked up and addressed, and that attention to detail shows in the finished home.

Jason was also approachable and easy to contact throughout the build. If we had a question or concern, he was always open to discussing it with us and explaining what was happening. He managed our expectations well, kept things moving and, importantly, delivered our home on time without compromising the quality of the finish.

Bonnie, our liaison in the office, was just as important to our experience. She genuinely listened to us, communicated well and made sure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. We always felt that our questions and requests mattered and that there was someone making sure the details were being followed through.

What impressed us most was the pride in the workmanship and the focus on getting the home right for us. You often hear builders talk about customer service and providing a great building experience, but Jason and Bonnie actually delivered that.

This isn’t just another house for us — it’s our forever home. Knowing that the same care and attention we had invested in designing it was carried through into the construction meant a great deal to us.
