We finally narrowed down our choice of builders to build our new home from five down to two, the other one being another very high-profile builder, with loads of promises that they were the best and we would regret not going with them, but they were $100,000 more expensive than WA Country Builders for the same square meter house and pretty much a very similar footprint but they did not include, high ceilings throughout, a third bathroom and stone bench tops throughout, so it was a no brainer to go with WA Country Builders. I have to say from the very start dealing with Andre the salesguy who was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy (a big box ticked there for me) to Amelia in admin and Katy the tile and colour coordinator, and Shane our supervisor, all were exemplary, even the stand in supervisor Jess who had to fill in for Shane for three weeks when he was away was also great.
