2015 Telethon Home

Stretching along the Dalyellup coast with 50 hectares of parks and gardens, 25 kilometers of bike-ways and walking trails and 150 hectares of preserved Tuart forest, Dalyellup is the perfect location for the 2015 Regional Telethon home by WA Country Builders. The home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living areas. Away from traditional suburbia, but only seven minutes from the entertainment, restaurants, and great shopping of Bunbury, the home offers a great family lifestyle. The spacious home has been designed to suit its unique location and the needs of a growing family. The home features a central dining area opening onto a spacious living area and verandah. At the heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen and a separate fully appointed scullery. The home is zoned to accommodate a private adult wing with the master bedroom and private retreat, with the remaining three bedrooms located in the wing on the opposite side of the home, each with direct access to a central activity room. The construction of the home commenced in April 2015 and was completed late September. The home was sold shortly after.
