House & Land Package Disclaimer

The details contained in any home and land package displayed on the WA Country Builders web site were correct at the time of listing, however pricing and land availability are subject to change.

All care has been taken to ensure the home design shown is suitable for the advertised lot however design and specification are subject to shire and developer approvals. Prices specified may vary and be subject to change once all site works plans are completed other relevant costs are taken into consideration.

Changes made to the design may affect the total cost of the package. Photos, images and descriptions are intended to be a visual aid only and may show items or inclusions which do not form part of the land or house and land package

Land Prices

Pricing and availability are correct at the time of listing, WA Country Builders does not own the lot and the owner of the lot reserves the right to alter the prices.

Prices do not include stamp duty, registration fees and any other fees or charges relating to the purchase of land. Purchasers will need to pay these fees and charges separately. The price is subject to adjustments under the land contract, including rates and land tax.

Purchasers will need to enter into a sales contract with a representative operating under the guidance and control of a real estate agent on behalf of the owner of the land and a separate contract with WA Country Builders for the construction of the house.

House Prices

The price shown is based on WA Country Builders standard specifications and the inclusions for the house as nominated by WA Country Builders. The price may be subject to exclusions such as site establishment costs, landscaping, fencing and any other identified exclusions.

Alterations may be required to an advertised house to ensure it is compatible with a site specific analysis which includes, but is not limited to, a site survey and a soil classification report. Further site specific requirements may include State or Local Government requirements and developer covenants applying to the land. These alterations may increase the cost of construction.

Social Media and Moderation

WA Country Builders welcome visitors to our social media channels or public review websites where they may post comments, reviews and photos and submit questions or ideas. We encourage discussions and engagement and accept constructive suggestions and critique so long as posts are relevant and respectful to our staff, customers, suppliers and wider social community.

WA Country Builders will, as far as possible, report and/or remove content posted to our social media channels or public review websites should it be the opinion of WA Country Builders that they may be reasonably interpreted to be illegal, threatening, defamatory, contain obscene language or racism or be invasive to the privacy of any WA Country Builders staff member, agent, representative or customer. WA Country Builders reserve the right to remove posts which contravene these guidelines including those considered to constitute excessive posting, spamming or commercial solicitation and may block the accounts of those users that post comments of the above nature in a persistent or extreme manner, to avoid any future posts of a similar nature.

With the exception of material posted on embedded third party websites, WA Country Builders own or have the rights to the intellectual property in the material that we post. The work is copyright. You may download, display, print and reproduce this material in unaltered form only (retaining this notice) for your personal, non-commercial use or use within your organisation.

You do not have any rights to the material posted by other people on various social media channels and must not copy, reproduce or adapt this material unless the owner of that material expressly gives you these rights.

WA Country Builders take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information that we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. You can access the information we hold about you by contacting us.

WA Country Builders abides by applicable Australian privacy legislation.  We may disclose your personal information to any organisation involved with providing credit to you, or any other associates or contractors of WA Country Builders, including but not limited to affiliate business partners, builders, architects, printing houses, mail houses, lawyers or accountants.

We may use your personal information for direct marketing of products and other services offered by WA Country Builders, or an organisation we are affiliated with or represent. You have the right to request not to receive direct marketing material.

We may also collect personal information through:

  • “Cookies”, “IP addresses” and “session tokens”. We use software on our website and servers called cookies and session tokens, which store information and enables our website to recognise individuals’ web browsers and remember certain information to assist individuals’ future use of our website. Your IP address may also be stored as an additional security measure and may be used to identify you; and
  • Recording information individuals give us, e.g. if we record telephone conversations with individuals for training and monitoring purposes (we will only do this with individuals’ consent when they call us, and individuals will have the option to ‘opt out’ of recording).

Built to Live Promotion

  1. Promoter: This promotion is offered by WA Country Builders (BC11422) (“the Builder”). 
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 9:00am (WST) on 12 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (WST) on 30 June 2027. The Builder reserves the right to extend, amend or withdraw the promotion for future customers at any time prior to a Building Contract being signed. 
  3. Eligibility: This promotion is available to eligible customers who enter into a Preliminary Agreement during the promotion period and subsequently enter into a Building Contract approved by the Builder. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate, package, incentive or special offer unless otherwise approved in writing by the Builder. 
  4. Promotion Offer: 
    1. Eligible customers may receive: A choice of home design featured within the ‘Built to Live’ Promotion range, incorporating the garage size shown on the relevant promotional plans and specifications. 
    2. Eligible customers can opt for: ‘A Deluxe Kitchen Upgrade Package’ for a promotional upgrade price of $990 should they choose. If the customer does not select the Deluxe Kitchen Upgrade package, they will receive the standard inclusions applicable to their selected home design and specification level. The promotional upgrade price of $990 applies only to the Deluxe Kitchen Upgrade package and is available only in conjunction with an eligible home under the Built to Live Promotion. 
  5. Applicable Home Designs: The promotion applies only to selected home designs nominated by the Builder and available within the ‘Built to Live’ promotional range. 
  6. Non-Transferable: The promotion: 
    1. Is not redeemable for cash. 
    2. Cannot be exchanged for alternative products, upgrades, inclusions, discounts or credits. 
    3. Is not transferable to another person, property, contract or project. 
  7. Upgrade Package: The ‘A Deluxe Kitchen Upgrade Package’ consists of selected products, fixtures, fittings, appliances and cabinetry options nominated by the Builder. The Builder reserves the right to substitute products with an alternative product of equal or greater value where required due to availability, supply issues, discontinued products or other circumstances beyond its control. 
  8. Inclusions: Promotional inclusions may vary between home designs and regions. Final inclusions will be detailed in the customer’s contract documentation, plans and specifications. 
  9. Images and Marketing Material: Images, artist impressions, photographs and illustrations used in advertising and promotional material are for illustrative purposes only and may depict features, landscaping, finishes, furnishings, upgrades, fixtures or items not included in the standard home or promotional package.  
  10. Measurements and Vehicle References: Any garage dimensions, vehicle images, vehicle comparisons, storage illustrations or measurements shown in marketing material are indicative only and are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual dimensions and usable space may vary depending on design, construction tolerances and site conditions and location and will be confirmed in your building contract and final specifications. 
  11. Regional Availability: The promotion may not be available in all build regions and may be subject to regional pricing adjustments, site requirements, local authority requirements and service availability. Please speak with your New Home Consultant to confirm eligibility for your location. 
  12. Site Conditions: The promotion excludes 
    1. Site works; 
    2. Earthworks; 
    3. BAL requirements; 
    4. Retaining walls; 
    5. Crossover works; 
    6. Service authority fees; 
    7. Developer requirements; and 
    8. Any other costs arising from site-specific conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Building Contract. 
  13. Contract Variations: Any customer requested changes, variations or upgrades may affect the promotional offer and pricing. Additional charges may apply. 
  14. Availability of Products: The Builder reserves the right to substitute, remove or modify any promotional inclusion where products become unavailable or are discontinued. Any substitute products will be of comparable quality and value at the Builder’s discretion. 
  15. Entire Agreement: The promotional offer must be read in conjunction with the Building Contract, plans, specifications and any approved variation documents. In the event of any inconsistency, the Building Contract and final specifications will prevail. 
  16. Builder’s Decision: The Builder reserves the right to assess eligibility for the promotion and determine the application of these Terms and Conditions, acting reasonably. 
  17. No owner supplied items or works are permitted as part of the building contract. 
  18.  The promotion is based on a site that is assessed by the Builder as suitable for the selected home design. Additional costs may apply where site levels, soil conditions, retaining requirements, engineering requirements or other site-specific conditions differ from those assumed by the Builder. 
  19. The promotion assumes the site is serviced by mains power, scheme water and sewerage. Additional costs may apply where alternative servicing arrangements are required. 
  20. The promotion is only available where the total Building Contract value, including any accepted variations, does not exceed $1,500,000. 
  21. Following Ready to Start approval, variations may be restricted and, where accepted by the Builder, may incur additional costs and affect the promotion. 
  22. Prestart colours, fixtures, fittings and selections must be chosen from the Builder’s standard supplier ranges unless otherwise approved by the Builder. 
  23. The Builder may withdraw eligibility for the promotion where a customer breaches these Terms and Conditions, acting reasonably and in accordance with the Building Contract. 
  24. The promotion is subject to the customer obtaining all necessary finance approvals and entering into a Building Contract acceptable to the Builder. 

The BlockBuster Series – Perth Metro, Greater Metro, South West, Great Southern and Mid West Region

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion
  • Artist impressions are for illustration purposes only
  • Changes to plan are permitted and will be priced by way of variation
  • Base specification is WA Country Builders pinnacle spec, with these following bonus inclusions:
