Price Hold Guarantee Terms and Conditions
The Price Hold Guarantee applies only to eligible Express Series designs and requires all program milestones to be met. Any structural changes, owner-supplied items or delays outside the builder’s control may void the guarantee. Additional approvals beyond a standard building permit may also affect eligibility.
