WA Country Builders Finalist for National Project Home of the Year at HIA Awards
WA Country Builders has been named a finalist for the prestigious 2025 HIA-CSR Australian Project Home of the Year, with the winner to be announced at the HIA National Awards this weekend.
The nomination recognises a project home, based on the company’s acclaimed display home, The Airlie Beach, a four-bedroom residence designed for families who love to entertain.
With its blue-painted weatherboards, high raked ceilings, and open-plan living areas, the home exudes coastal charm and functionality.
This national recognition follows a series of accolades for this home, including the 2024 HIA-CSR Western Australian Housing Awards’ Project Home of the Year for The Airlie Beach.
General Manager Tony Harvie expressed pride in the team’s achievement, stating, “Being a finalist at the national level is a testament to our commitment to excellence in design and construction.”
“Our team is incredibly proud. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our designers, tradespeople, and everyone who contributed to this project,” he said.
The HIA National Awards celebrate the best in Australia’s residential building industry, with winners to be announced during the HIA National Conference in Melbourne.
