Lifetime Structural Warranty Terms and Conditions
The Lifetime Structural Warranty applies only to eligible Express Series designs and requires all program milestones, payments and documentation timeframes to be met. Any structural changes, site complexities, unavailable services, owner-supplied items or delays outside the builder’s control may void the guarantee.
