The Wonnerup is named after a famous homestead just out of Busselton: Wonnerup House, owned by the Layman family, original settlers in the Busselton region. A long verandah embraces the wide frontage of the home. While having the charm of colonial homes, it uses modern materials to enhance its appearance and bring it into today.
