This contemporary two-storey coastal home was carefully designed and constructed to meet our clients’ specific requests. The design embraced a minimalist aesthetic, prioritising a tranquil, light-filled living space. This Hillarys home was designed to comfortably accommodate a growing family, including two children and their dog.

Key client requests, such as a master suite offering privacy from the children’s bedrooms, a highly functional scullery, and a balcony with captivating ocean glimpses, were thoughtfully integrated. The upper level provides a serene sitting room, while the ground floor seamlessly blends living, dining, and kitchen areas. The final product is a successful realisation of our clients’ vision of a bright, airy sanctuary with abundant natural light and a calming coastal atmosphere.
