They will work with you to help assess the unique needs of your block, to articulate your lifestyle and your needs in your new home and to ensure you get the perfect design before you move forward into the building stage. Tony Harvie
General Manager

Tony is a country boy at heart, growing up in central Victoria. Tony joined the military at the tender age of 17, where he worked for an extensive period before transitioning into the construction industry. Tony initially worked for JWH Group, in the Residential Building division in 2004, before moving into the land development industry as General Manager of Sales and Marketing, at one of Australia’s largest and most successful Perth based developers. From here Tony made the move to a top 5 Perth Builder, in a Group General Manager position. Which he maintained for five years. In 2018 he re-joined JWH Group, in the WA Country Builders and The Rural Building Company division. Firstly as Group Sales Manager and shortly after, progressing into the role of Group General Manager.

Tony has a deep passion for the construction industry and the people within it. Outside of work, Tony loves spending time with his family and exercising, from ocean ski paddling, to swimming. Tony is also a board member of the Veterans Transition Centre, a not for profit project that assists veterans to transition back into civilian life.

Peter Chellew
Sales Manager

With an extensive career in sales, spanning almost 20 years, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to WA Country Builders and strives to see his sales team succeed. Specialising in sales, retail and management, the leadership philosophy Peter applies to when supporting his team, provides them with guidance and support to always put the client's needs first. Building on a rural site can present significant challenges that require technical aspects of construction applied, but Peter particularly enjoys this part of the client's journey, working to find solutions. Peter enjoys keeping busy and active, using his leisure time to play touch rugby, golf, squash and water sports.

Levi Evans
Regional Manager Perth And Avon Region

Born in Narrogin and raised in Albany, Levi shares the same country values that are at the heart of a WA Country Builders home. Levi spent some time in the timber frame and truss industry and then started with the group as a Scheduler. Levi has since held a number of positions, steadily rising through scheduling and estimating to become the Group Estimating Manager before taking his role as Regional Manager. Levi values longevity and takes inspiration from the calibre of the people he is connected to in both his working life and at home with his young family. He enjoys the diverse nature of building and construction and loves seeing homes built in the bush, a place he still feels a strong connection to.

Michael Brackenreg
Construction Manager

Our Construction Manager, Mike, is a second generation builder, born and raised in Geraldton. Starting as a plumbing apprentice, and then working through the supervisory and construction manager ranks, Mike has worked across an extremely broad range of construction projects in his rich career including commercial, complex residential and volume residential construction. A registered builder, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge of construction methodologies and building practices with which to oversee our supervisory team. When not at work, Mike unwinds on the golf course, at the Eagles or on his Sunday morning bike rides with mates.

Clint Swift
Construction Manager

Clint started his building career as a framing carpenter completing an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. He later hung up the tool belt and progressed his career, supervising construction site for various building companies high end and high volume.

Clint obtained his Building Practitioner and Contractor License in 2006 and holds a current license with “Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety”.

Clint leads his team closely with weekly meetings, assisting them to achieve their targets offering support and resolution to any queries they have. Clint likes to get involved on the sites to resolve issues first hand.

Clint is committed to deliver the best customer experience possible in any situation. Clint unwinds by playing his guitar with his band mates or playing golf fishing or camping.

Bonnie Muccilli
Administration Team Lead

Bonnie joined the group in 1998 and has undertaken a number of roles during her time with the company including accounts, Shire and Construction Liaison, Customer Service Team Leader, Administration Manager and today, New Homes Administrator.

Bonnie says it’s a privilege to be a part of what can be a life changing experience for our clients. It is not every day that you get to build and customise your own home. Most of all, Bonnie enjoys reviewing, advising, planning and choosing selections with the clients and watching their excitement grow through each phase - admin, construction and key handover.

Paul Yates

Gavin Turner
Building And Design Consultant

Born and raised in the WA Goldfields, Gavin started his working life completing a 4-year apprenticeship in Horticulture and opening his own Garden Centre and landscaping business. After running his Garden Centre for 26 years, the business was sold and he moved to the Avon Valley.

Gavin started his new career as Building and Design Consultant for WA Country Builders and The Rural Building Company in 2009 and has continued to grow in his position throughout the years. Spending a decade in the Avon Valley, Gavin has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the complexity of building on rural properties.

Gavin enjoys nothing more than guiding clients through their building journey, and watching fantastic homes be built throughout the Perth & Avon regions.

Brook Leber
Building And Design Consultant

Born and raised in the Pilbara before moving to Bunbury and finally Perth, Brook is a country boy at heart. With a deep passion for the building industry, environmental design and nature itself, Brook has a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed many roles within the Building Industry.

Prior to moving to WA Country Builders and The Rural Building Company, Brook was an award-winning designer at Oswald Homes and Residential Attitudes for 14 years. Brook says navigating the ‘land of smoke and mirrors’ is what inspires him to strive for excellence with all his clients. He ensures the process of designing and building their dream home is a “no-nonsense” positive and rewarding experience. When he is not working you will find Brook exploring WA with his family relaxing next to a camp fire camped on a beach or by a river.

Jason Atkins
Drafting Manager

Jason has an impressive career spanning over two decades in the drafting field. His journey began in small design studios, where he refined his skills and passion for the building industry.

For the past 12 years, Jason has dedicated himself to the role of Drafting Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects that stretch across the state of Western Australia. These projects have presented various construction practises and challenging sites, which Jason has navigated with his wealth of experience and expertise.

As a Greensmart professional, Jason is committed to incorporating sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices into his work.
One of Jason's standout qualities is his willingness to help and his ability to solve problems with a smile.

Ehsan Soleymani
Estimating And Cost Control Manager

Graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering, Ehsan wasted no time in the pursuit of his passion for the construction industry, diving headfirst into the commercial space as a site supervisor.

A registered builder from Iran, Ehsan moved to Australia in 2013 and commenced his career in the residential building industry with JWH Group.
Extending his quest beyond commercial projects and apartment buildings, Ehsan has also worked in a diverse range of roles including scheduling, estimating and office administration management.

Ehsan’s analytical skills and process-orientated mindset form the base of his proficiency in process and performance management, showcasing his strength to driving continuous improvements in the business.

Carrie Anderson
Special Projects Manager

Carrie started working with the JWH Group in 2005 as a Construction Clerk and Trainee Scheduler Estimator. She quickly became a very valuable member of the Busselton division and after within a year, was promoted to an Estimator.
Being a working mum, Carrie had little time to waste and after four years in Estimating, Carrie was promoted to Divisional Administration Manager.

Carrie quickly moved up the career ladder, progressing to Office Manager, Process and Cost Control Manager, Regional Manager and now, Carrie oversees special projects in the project development division of the business.

A fitness fanatic and loving mum of two daughters, Carrie loves to spoil her team with some lovingly baked cakes.
