Introducing the Regional 2011 Telethon Home by WA Country Builders.

We are recognising a changing face of housing. More people are building 3 bedroom 2 bathroom homes rather than the traditional 4 bedroom 2 bathroom homes that was desired a few years ago.

Following the trend for fewer bedrooms but more spacious living areas, WA Country Builders have designed this year's regional Telethon home to suit these discerning buyers with a host of features that make the home resonate with style, comfort and practicality.

The steep pitched roof suggests to visitors that they are to enter an exceptional home, one that breaks with the design values of yesteryear and introduces a new innovation to home buyers.

The team at Heath Developments kindly donated the block of land to Telethon, which overlooks a beautiful landscaped lake. The land inspired Design Manager, Robert Kirkovski to design a home which complemented this wedge shaped block and captured the surrounding environment.

The home features high raking ceilings providing expansive volume through the living area and large glazed windows that invite the outside in.

WA Country Builders are no strangers to building charity homes, as they have been building the Regional Telethon home in Western Australia for many years. There has been an abundance of trades people and suppliers that are kindly donating their time, labour and products in order to raise the maximum amount of money for the children of Telethon.
