Award-winning reputation continues for WA Country Builders

WA Country Builders has had another success at the recent HIA CSR Western Australian Housing Awards, taking out the major award for 2021 Western Australian Project Home of the Year.

Announced at the HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards on Friday 26 November, WA Country Builders were triumphant for this home in Vasse that showcases a timeless spacious, farmhouse design.

Principal Designer Rob Kirkosvki, said the home was based from a design from the Farmhouse Range, The Jarrahdale.”The home offers a simple, refined layout with outstanding raked central ceilings, that radiate grandeur to help form a fabulous living space,” Mr Kirkovski said.

“Covering more than 326 square metres, the spacious, well-organised kitchen is coupled with fantastic zoning areas, to ensure everyone has their own space to retreat in and enjoy.

“This impressive abode suits its surrounding native bushland location perfectly and is a perfect example of how a WA Country Builder’s standard home design compliments the Western Australian landscape and lifestyle.

This award-winning home has now progressed to be judged in the national 2022 HIA Australian Housing Awards.

A subsidiary of the JWH Group, WA Country Builders was also recognised as a finalist in the following three categories:

  • Project Home of the Year, South West
  • Custom Built Home of the Year, Mid West and
  • Golden Key Award for Great Southern Display Home of the Year.

In 2021, WA Country Builders have collected a total of 12 housing industry awards, ranging from the winner of the HIA South-West Display Home $250,000 – $340,000 to winner of the HIA Midwest Custom Built Home of the Year.
