Paving

We provide you with a choice of paving colours and styles, and include paving to verandahs and alfresco areas.What's more, we don't leave stranded in your car - unable to reach your garage or carport. We block pave your driveway and hardstand.

Power Points

In this electric age you can never have too many power points. That's why all our power points are doubles (except where a double is impractical). Our standard power point is the stylish Clipsal 2000 series, which has a pop-off surround for mix 'n' matching colours and makes painting up to the power point really easy.

Electrical

We provide you with a two-way switch to your garage and give you an external light outside every entry door.

Painting

Our specification includes painting to ceilings, doors and doorframes, woodwork, eaves, fascia and gutters, downpipes, gables - right down to the meterbox!

Hot Water System

Your home will feature the award-winning Solar Edwards with a super efficient gas booster. Why? Because it is the most efficient gas hot water system we can supply and it will even work well in bottled gas areas, as the gas usage is so small. As hot water is one of your major energy costs, you will thank us for this one!

Gas Heater Point

There is a gas bayonet point provided to your chosen position - all you have to do is just plus your gas heater in.

Insulation

While every home must be insulated by law, we provide Bradford roof batts to ensure maximum performance in summer and winter.
