This is a hybrid of the fundamental design where we have reduced the size of the building but kept the very integrity of the design with a differing mix of specification. We are very aware that the size we have presented in our fundamental design does not suit everyone's needs that may be predicated on a differing set of requirements. This enables a further choice that may be because of block size or it could be that there is not the need for a home of the size we have presented. With Residential Attitudes we believe in the integrity of the design but we believe that we should present you with the opportunity of selecting your preferences to suit your personal needs and lifestyle.
