The Capricorn Loft
The Capricorn Loft is Rural Building Company's latest innovative and environmentally responsible building. The house shows off the benefits of integrated construction, using a mix of weatherboards and corrugated metal. The architectural outcome could only be achieved by using these methods. Even the trades building the house have been impressed and would not have considered a house of its type previously. It is real testament to good design.

The Brookfield Loft
With its steeply pitched roof and twin bush poles that reach up to the upper floor balcony, the Brookfield Loft boasts a very imposing front elevation. A slate-blue corrugated roof gives the home a unique, clean, but rustic appeal and the walls are a mixture of horizontal board painted a rich earth red, with corrugated Colorbond infills.
The result is quite stunning. |

The Millwood Loft
Entry to the sitting area is via a covered porch supported by rustic bush poles. From here, you move into the free form open living and kitchen area, which has been designed so you can furnish it in any way you want. The traditional country kitchen has plenty of bench and cupboard space and offers the convenience of direct access to the carport. |
