The Harding was a real challenge for our designers because we were seeking a home which not only suited a 15 metre lot but would also rearrange the typical living spaces so they related to the rear garden and for blocks with views to the back.
This home is also perfect for the smaller family with its 3 bedroom 2 bathroom configuration. This has allowed us to push more room back into the rear living areas. This expansive space is overlooked by the central core kitchen, and marries in with the alfresco and two rear verandas. This marriage between the indoor and outdoor areas make the home an entertainers delight. Excellent zoning and privacy has resulted from the placement of the master and children's bedrooms. The home theatre and web zone creates buffers to this area.
The area of the home is 240 sq.m. overall and suits a 15 metre wide block. It is 23.6 metres long.
